Cake Artist

Born in Chalkida.

Studied Business Administration and for a decade was Export Manager at a major food company. At the same time, she began her first steps in the Pastry Shop with the attendance of seminars in Greece and abroad (school Valrhona France).

Her love for Creative Confectionery was transmuted into action in 2008, with the first collaboration with Chef Patissier Dimitris Chronopoulos (Chef Patissier Chocolatier of VALRHONA in Greece and in Kuwait) opened the first New Age Pastry Shop in Chalkida.

She then specialized in the creation of three-dimensional cake sculptures with the creation of unique creations based on excellent quality materials.

At the same time, she has a production network for sweets to serve food stores in Athens and the islands (Mykonos, Paros).

She works with well-known Athenian Catering and her creations decorate Wedding receptions, Baptisms, Kids parties – Corporate & PR events.

She travels frequently in Europe and America bringing with her new styles of sweet, modern equipment and raw materials.


In her atelier of creative pastry, Alexandra Mimikou, together with her specialized team, produces unique shaped, size and quality three-dimensional cake-sculptures, with an imaginative hand-decorated decoration that impresses at first glance. Conducts your every idea, transforming it into an artwork – a sculpture, surpassing the established limits of sweets.

At the same time, she produces a wide range of delicious cupcakes, cakepops, macarons, biscuits and sweets for a unique wish or candy bar for wedding, baptism, children’s parties and secular, corporate and other events. Influenced by the French School of Confectionery, she creates high quality and aesthetic sweet desserts such as mini bouchees, tarts, cakes and biscuits, cookies for your daily sweet treats.

Taking advantage of its many years of experience in the field of food, she knows how to choose the best raw materials and fresh materials for the production of her creations, while all her products are handmade and created in the modern and fully equipped laboratory, ensuring excellent quality alongside the required tasteful and aesthetic result.
